Cancellation policy:
Hotel Splendido high season from 12/6 to 13/9
No penalty will be charged for cancellations received up to 7 days before arrival.
For reservations cancelled within 7 days prior to arrival, a penalty fee equal to one night stay will be charged, every three reserved nights.
In case of early departure, 30% of the value of the reserved and confirmed nights will be charged as a penalty fee.
Regarding the No Show, one night stay penalty will be charged every 3 nights reserved and confirmed.
Hotel Splendido low season from 27/3 to 11/6 and from 14/9 to 8/11
No penalty will be charged for cancellations received up to 3 days before arrival.
For reservations cancelled within 3 days prior to arrival, a penalty fee equal to one night stay will be charged, every three reserved nights.
In case of early departure, 30% of the value of the reserved and confirmed nights will be charged as a penalty fee.
Regarding the No Show, one night stay penalty will be charged every 3 nights reserved and confirmed.
